Urban5 Apparel & Accessories Return & Refund Policy


At Urban5 Apparel & Accessories, we value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within the guidelines outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns for:

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items (unless defective or incorrect)

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration


2. Return Process


To initiate a return:

2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.


 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Processing Time

 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Depending on your payment provider, funds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.


4. Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

Attach clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
